Cancellation and Refund Policy

At UK Airports Transfer, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Standard Bookings:

    • Upto 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: You can cancel your booking free of charge if your booking is within 24 hours.
    • Less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time or no-show: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

  2. Peak Time and Special Event Bookings:

    • More than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: You can cancel your booking free of charge.
    • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
    • Less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time or no-show: The full booking amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligible Refunds:

    • Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after the free cancellation period, but before the late cancellation window, will receive a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

  2. Processing Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking, please use one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to enquiries@ukairportstransfer.co.uk with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  • Phone: Call our customer service at 07760 377870 and provide your booking information for cancellation.
